This guy was great! Professional and can't beat a same day repair less than 2hrs under $200. Slightly more expensive than driving to harwin but professionalism and speed wins over the price tag sometimes.

I hardly ever do bad reviews but I have got to do this one. I brought my device for front screen repairs. When I brought my device initially, I was told to give them about 30min-1.5hours, which I did. Upon picking up my phone I noticed when leaving the parking lot the phone was overheating and a heating warning kept coming on and Face ID was not working. I returned for repairs and was told they’d need another 2hours to inspect I agreed and returned just to be told the motherboard was possibility damaged and more inspecting would need to be done since now my phone was turning off on its own every 1-2 minutes, to return in about 3 hours. When I returned, I was told they’d need more time now about 1-2days and yet still no specific update could be provided as to what exactly was going on with my phone now other than it was possibly the “motherboard”. The most upsetting of this was, If I didn’t show up, the guy would not call to update me as I told him to call my husband since I didn’t have a phone. I returned the next day for an update and still NO VALID update could be given, just the motherboard takes a long time to inspect and now possibly the power IPC was damaged, I tracked my device on a backup phone that I have and noticed the phone was powered on and in another location. I returned before closing that next day and asked the guy if I could just pick it up at the other location since it was on and had not been powered off anymore and he was shocked that I knew the phone was not at his store at this point and asked how did I know if I don’t have a device (as if that mattered) he then explains that part of my phone was with another technician and he had the other half to it so that he couldn’t do that. When I asked how much this was gonna cost he stated the technician was charging him a lot for a power IPC when that part alone cost just about $20. Now, I do understand charging for labor etc but charging me almost $300 total for repairing the screen and whatever was actually wrong with the motherboard, providing no updates whatsoever and not even telling exactly me what was wrong with the phone upon final payment other than the “motherboard” in insane. I definitely got scammed out of my money here and would not return or recommend this place to anyone. This was the closest repair shop near my house so this is why I came here, but while my phone was being “fixed” I got quoted elsewhere for same repairs costing $160 total but since I had already agreed for this repair shop to fix things I couldn’t take my phone to the other shop. I did pick up my phone 3 days later and the screen was replaced with another and you can tell that replacement screen doesn’t belong to my device due to the gap difference in the bottom of the screen as seen on the pictures. I didn’t return to address this anymore since I did end up buying a new phone and didn’t feel comfortable leaving my device with them any longer because they had access to everything on it. My advice, always get quotes before just showing up to one shop don’t make the mistake I did! Someone can and will do the work for cheaper and not have you questioning their work like this shop did for me.

Repair My Device messed up my watch and think just because they keep putting glue on it, it solves the problem but it didn’t. The worker made it seem like I’m intentionally keep messing up my watch (like I really want to keep coming up there). They’re more upset about people leaving negative reviews than telling the truth about their business. Guess what? It’s part of having a business. I wouldn’t give them any stars but you have to mark one just to leave a review. If this one gets taken down I take higher precautions. I spent $140 to fix my cracked watch and for some reason the screen keeps coming off but they can’t seem to fix it. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU TIME, BUSINESS OR MONEY!!!!

This is my result after I took my watch to them back in December of 2024. Four months later and they said this is my fault. And good luck trying to talk to the owner. That funny looking guy with the glasses tries to be big and bad over the phone but when go to the store he’s quiet as a mouse.
